  The house was great. Spacious, modern, clean and very easy maintenance even with three adults and three teenagers. It was just across the road from a surf beach and a few minutes by bike (great cycle/skateboard) path to shops etc. While there was no wifi, we had good reception. The only complaint would be that the pillows were very uncomfortable.

  House was well presented, very clean and tidy. Plenty of space in the living areas, large bedrooms, more than adequate storage, well placed windows to allow in light and fresh air. It is a great house for a family holiday, we will be returning next year.
  We had some wet weather, front yard was very boggy & muddy as there aren't any paths or a driveway.
