    What a fun long weekend at Evans Head. Sunderland is clean and well appointed with upstairs and downstairs rooms, tiled floors and two bathrooms.

    My grandson and l enjoyed our break. We found the rental to be very clean,easy unpacking and packing up with internal door from garage. It is in a quiet location we slept well and didn’t hear any noise. The bed was super comfy. Good location not far from the Fisherman’s coop and just over the bridge into town. More family members were to come but my grandson did get to see his mother, who has been hospitalised for the last 3 months, for 4 hours and went to the river and had fish ‘n’ chips with her.
    I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone needing a break and a restful quiet time.

    Have stayed here many times, the place is always clean and close to everything you need. Still needs some blackout curtains in main bedroom, staff at Elders always helpful great stay

    The accommodation was lovely and clean and had everything needed except for some kind of emergency lightly eg candle for power outage. the screen door to the balcony facing the river would not open well but would stay here again as great location and view.
