    The apartment was very nice, quiet area and plenty of room. However the apartment needs plenty of work done. The fly screen mesh on the front door, main bedroom sliding door and the kitchen window all need replacing. The toilet seat won't stay up, the toilet continually runs after flushing, and the vanity tap comes off in your hand. The rangehood light needs replacing, and unfortunately whether you book through Elders or neither tell you that you have to bring your on linen and towels. I simple notation in the booking details would surely help. At least there is parking at the rear of the apartment. Fix the little things and the rating will be much better.

    Great location for the beach. Unfortunately the apartment below were smoking substances heavily to the point you couldn’t have any doors or windows open let alone make use of the balcony. Apartment had a dirty kitchen and bathroom. Would’ve been a perfect stay otherwise.

    The inside was nice and clean. How ever the dryer needs to have its own power line as the breaker always tripped when trying to heat the unit and dry cloths at the same time. The people down stairs where smoking drugs and could not open windows or doors otherwise that's all we could smell every day. Some of the other people who where in other units where quite rude. And that the front desk worker did not extend my stay correct and I had the cleaning lady walking in while I was getting dressed.

    Very relaxing at the unit and Evans Head is a very pleasant town.
    The unit had very dirty windows and screens when we arrived. We couldn't even see the rain through the so we cleaned them ourselves.
