Pet-Friendly Beach Escape in Evans Head

Enjoy a relaxed coastal getaway in this pet-friendly beach house, featuring a spacious, fully fenced yard that’s perfect for kids and pets to play safely. The large wraparound verandah offers the ideal spot to unwind, while the double carport provides convenient parking and space for outdoor activities.

Inside, polished timber floors and an open-plan living area create a warm, inviting space to relax after a day at nearby Airforce Beach. The home is equipped with ceiling fans in all bedrooms for added comfort, a TV with a built-in DVD player, and a washing machine for your convenience. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a separate toilet, and there’s an internal laundry to make your stay even easier. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s plenty of room to park a boat if needed.

This is a privately owned holiday home that the owners have graciously opened to the public, allowing guests to experience an authentic Evans Head lifestyle. Please note, this property is not a serviced apartment and hotel-style amenities or services are not provided. Additionally, the single lock-up garage and garden shed are not available for guest use.

Linen: Linen and towels are not included. However, pillows, mattress protectors, and blankets/doonas are provided.

  House is old but clean and comfortable. Dog rates it 5/5 woofs for the verandah all round and the large back yard.
  Well equipped kitchen.
  NBN wifi would be nice to have.

  We recently stayed at SUNSHINE ON HEATH for 10 days. What a beautiful relaxed break we had in this lovely retro beach house! Our pup had an absolute ball. Quick walk to beach & Sandpit Cafe at the SLSC (big yummy breakfasts/brunch) So many wonderful places to explore & swim. Thank you so much to ELDERS for making our stay so easy. The property has a lockbox so checking in and out is an absolute breeze. So grateful to the owners of this little slice of heaven for deciding to share it with the rest of us. Happy guests & one very content doggo. Just what we needed. We are already planning our next stay xoxoxo
